NFC Approvals & Payments

New people register themselves after confirming their email with a code. Approve a registration when you know the person; their claims can only be approved after that. A bank account that someone else already uses is held until you approve it here.

Which rate is paid: a rate set on the claim itself, otherwise the person's own rate, otherwise (other work) the task type's rate, otherwise the club default. Youth approvers set training rates, Club approvers other-work rates (leave empty to use the task type), the penningmeester the task types.

Approved training, other work and expenses appear automatically. Rates are confirmed and snapshotted when a classified transfer is recorded paid.
